IFORS 2026 Tutorial: Quantum Computing for Operations Research

The tutorial covered the state of quantum computing for operations research, including QUBO formulations, quantum annealing, the quantum approximate optimization algorithm (QAOA), and variational quantum eigensolvers (VQE), with hands-on examples run on quantum simulators, annealers, and gate-based hardware.
